Simplified structure:

The more complicated you make the campaign structure the harder it is for you to manage.

Even for AI and their "PPC specialists" it seems

Relevancy is king:

Running a campaign for a blue shoe with the keyword red shoe is peak retard.

Should be common sense it's not going to work.

One it doesnt even match, two its pretty broad.

The broader the keyword or less specific, the more likely someone is top of Amazon funnel shopping; not looking for your product specifically. ie its not going to convert

Cut losses:

Pause anything that goes over 100% ACOS, even at 50%, severely reduce it.

Catch these early

React to stock quantity:

If the best asin in a campaign goes out of stock.

Pause it.

As you can see by the data the total campaign ACOS will skyrocket without it based on the other skus

Dont let Auto campaigns run wild:

Use the negative keywords. Its there for a reason.

Discoveries all good, but not when its advertising for completely random keywords and categories. You know what it is

Category ads don't work:

Change my mind.

No? Cut them

Perpetua loves these.

Since they take a % of your ad spend its an incentive for them to waste it all on bs campaigns.

In short fuck Perpetua
